Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a new place!

The royal couple have signed a two-year lease on a weekend home on the Great Tew Estate in the Cotswolds, which is about 90 minutes away from London, Us Weekly reports. The getaway is said to be where the newlyweds will spend their weekends as their Nottingham Cottage home on Kensington Palace grounds in London undergoes renovations.

According to Us Weekly‘s source, “Meghan loves the Cotswolds and fell in love with the estate the first time she went.”

The royal couple is already comfortable in their new place. Us Weekly adds that they actually escaped to the property the weekend before their wedding.

And with a new home comes new neighbours. Royal wedding guests David and Victoria Beckham’s country home is located on the same grounds as Meghan and Harry’s new digs.

Dinner party, anyone?
