From JLo and Alex Rodriguez to Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas, there’s plenty of proof that love is still very much alive in 2019. Here’s a list of the celebs who got engaged or married this year, so far.

Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams

Modern Family star Sarah Hyland is engaged! The actress and her new fiancé, Bachelorette alum Wells Adams, shared the news on IG, writing, “That can’t eat, can’t sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, world series kind of stuff.” In true millennial fashion, the duo first started chatting on Twitter—Hyland was a fan of Adams’ Bachelor in Paradise appearances—before making it official in 2017.

Ed Sheeran and Cherry Seaborn

Ed Sheeran is officially off the market! The “Shape of You” singer confirmed his nuptials to childhood friend Cherry Seaborn in an interview about his new album, No. 6 Collaborations Project. Fans were quick to note that lyrics from his song “Remember the Name” seemed to hint at the news: “Watch how the lyrics in this song might get twisted / My wife wears red but looks better without the lipstick.”

Zoë Kravitz and Karl Glusman

Zoë Kravitz is married! The Big Little Lies actress met fellow actor Karl Glusman in 2016 through mutual friends at a bar. But the couple did not publicly confirm their relationship until 2018, when, in an interview with Rolling Stone, Kravitz announced: “Oh yeah, I’m engaged.” The two reportedly had a civil ceremony in May and were married in June in her singer-dad Lenny Kravitz’s Paris home. Kravitz’s BLL co-stars Reese Witherspoon, Shailene Woodley and Laura Dern were, of course, in attendance, as were her mom Lisa Bonet and stepfather Jason Momoa.

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner eloped! The couple surprised fans by getting married in Las Vegas after the Billboard Music Awards. Priyanka Chopra and, of course, fellow JoBros Kevin and Nick were in attendance. We can’t decide the best part: DJ Diplo live-streaming the ceremony on Instagram, or that the couple chose ring pops for wedding bands? The couple also had a bigger ceremony in France, with Turner’s GOT co-star/BFF Maisie Williams serving as her maid of honour, naturally.

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are married! The two started dating back in 2018, but didn’t confirm their relationship until they went Insta official in December that year. Pratt popped the question in January and the duo tied the knot in June. “Yesterday was the best day of our lives,” Pratt shared on IG. “We feel nothing but blessed.” (P.S. the couple looked stunning in matching custom Giorgio Armani.)

Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost

It’s official! Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost are getting married! The couple first met back in 2006 (!) at SNL—the first time the actress ever hosted the show, which was also Jost’s first year as a writer—and reportedly have been friends ever since. The newly engaged couple started dating back in 2017 and looked happy and in love at the Avengers: End Game red carpet.

Hilary Duff and Matthew Koma

Surprise! Hilary Duff and singer Matthew Koma are engaged. The pair first met back in 2015 while working on Duff’s album Breathe In, Breathe Out, and share an eight-month-old daughter named Banks Violet. The actress announced the exciting news on her IG, writing, “He asked me to be his wife.”

To my husband Joseph, I am yours forever.” On her special day, long-time friend and JTV co-star, Justin Baldoni, officiated the couple’s nuptials. Awww.

Idris Elba and Sabrina Dhowre

Sad news (for us): Idris Elba is off the market. The actor married Canadian model, Sabrina Dhowre, who he met during the production of his movie The Mountain Between Us in 2017. The couple dated for two years and tied the knot in late April. The ceremony took place in Marrakech at the très chic Ksar Char Bagh hotel—a.k.a. our dream wedding destination.

Marc Jacobs and Char Defrancesco

Congratulations to Marc Jacobs and Char Defrancesco! The couple got married a year after Jacobs’ viral Chipotle proposal, which included a flash mob dancing to Prince’s “Kiss.” The star-studded wedding included celeb guests like Gigi and Bella Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Kaia Gerber and more

Issa Rae and Louis Diame

Congratulations are in order for Issa Rae! Her long-time boyfriend, Louis Diame, proposed earlier this year. Rae’s Insecure co-stars, Yvonne Orji and Jay Ellis, accidentally let the news slip on the red carpet at the 2019 NAACP Image Awards. “We’re very excited for her,” Orji, who plays Rae’s on-screen BFF, told ET. “The reaction was all the same, like, ‘You out here in these streets getting married, boo!?” The couple has since been seen at red carpets and events together and we can’t get enough.

Lea Michele and Zandy Reich

Lea Michele is married! The Glee actress married president of clothing brand AYR, Zandy Reich. The long-time friends began dating in 2017 and got engaged almost a year later. The Glee actress’ engagement ring was personally co-designed by Reich. Michele posted a picture of her wedding day with her husband on her IG, saying, “Still smiling this big.”

Darren Criss and Mia Swier

The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story star Darren Criss is married to director, producer and long-time girlfriend Mia Swier! The two dated for seven and a half years prior to getting engaged in January. The couple got married in February in New Orleans, and the actor’s pals Lea Michele and John Stamos sang during the celebrations.

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are tying the knot! The “Firework” singer got engaged on Valentine’s Day and announced their engagement with an IG post simply captioned “full bloom.” Perry’s mom later confirmed the engagement. Their romance started in January of 2016 at a Golden Globes after-party. Although they broke up back in February of  2017, they reunited the following year.

Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney

Wedding bells are ringing for Jennifer Lawrence! The 28-year-old is engaged to her art gallerist BF Cooke Maroney, whom she met through a mutual friend in 2018. The actress was spotted wearing a ring—which is reportedly estimated to be worth around $200,000—while at dinner with Maroney and it was later confirmed by Lawrence’s rep that the two were engaged. Though the couple has kept their relationship private, while at the premiere for her flick X-Men: Dark Phoenix, the actress told Entertainment Tonight that “he’s just the best person I’ve ever met in my whole life. It was a very, very easy decision.”

I’m officially breaking my theme to post this adorable (and pap photo sorry) of Jen and Cooke, who are now rumored/ confirmed to be engaged! Jennifer’s rep confirmed to E News as well as many other sites that they had in fact got engaged recently and that they have celebrated and Jen is extremely happy to have a Fiancé. At first I wasn’t sure what to feel, amongst surprise and unsureness I found happiness, and I am now over the moon for the two of them! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Cooke and my baby Jen.
