Last week, Victoria’s Secret announced that Bella Hadid would be walking in the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Paris. In an interview with People during a fitting for the lingerie brand, naturally the topic of health and fitness came up.
Hadid revealed that she felt like she’s almost lost too much weight recently. “I have lost weight and gained weight,” she said. “I really didn’t mean to. Like I want boobs. I want my ass back. But it’s not my fault. My weight fluctuates.”

Bella goes on to explain that she’s been eating hard protein, and working out for three hours every day with celebrity trainer Rob Piela, who also trains big sis Gigi.
“I think every single person in the world has insecurities,” she said in response to the intense scrutiny the Victoria’s Secret models face on the runway. “It’s crazy because I think that when other people look at all of the VS models or all of the girls [who] are walking, they’re like, ‘They’re not human. They don’t have any insecurities.’ But I think every single girl [who’s] going to be walking probably has an insecurity… If people are gonna judge, that’s the worst you can possibly do because everybody is different.”
