According to E!News, multiple sources are saying that The Mindy Project creator—whose character has a toddler on the show—got pregnant as an “unexpected surprise”.

The 38 year old isn’t publicly dating anyone at the moment, although she did date her Office co-star BJ Novak in the past, and most recently, Benjamin Nugent.
