When was the last time you coloured something? Kindergarten? Now, amid a pandemic that has shuttered most outlets for work and fun and spiked our collective cortisol levels, is an excellent time to get back into it. While staring at a blank page to draw something can be intimidating, colouring is decidedly easier. It is also therapeutic; some studies have shown that colouring can help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

ELLE Canada created a (free!) one-page colouring PDF below. If you require more things to colour, we’ve rounded up the best adult colouring books, from gloriously chic drawings by French artist Jean Cocteau to just plain glorious illustrations of Jason Momoa. Have fun!
