Taylor Swift has a reputation at awards shows for boogeying down and singing along with whichever artist is performing on-stage. She did it at the CMT’s, the AMA’s, the VMA’s, and again last night at the Grammys. (Although, to be fair, you would have to be dead to not want to dance during Beyoncé’s "Drunk in Love.") Still, it begs the question: Is Taylor Swift’s awards show dancing a cute appreciation of the other artists’ performances? Or, is it secretly meant to co-opt attention, because she knows if she puts on enough of a show she’ll get more screen time?
