Mayo Clinic, is everything. It’s beyond delicious: the mint cuts the spinach; the banana adds perfect texture, the berries a burst of summertime flavour. It’s incredibly healthy, and only 50 calories. It’s also a lovely purple colour. Bottom line? It’s the best of all possible worlds and you should totally try it this afternoon. 1. 1 banana 2. 1/2 cup strawberries 3.
