While on my pioneering trip to Prince Edward Island this summer (read about my experience with
Pure Spa P.E.I.’s Savasana facial here), I stopped in at the Great Canadian Soap Company to check out the all-natural offerings from this unique island brand. The quaint little shop was humming with life as eager customers checked out the array of sweet-smelling soaps, scrubs and oils derived from
organic ingredients and all natural, ultra moisturizing goats’ milk. Visitors could choose from just plain bars of aromatic soap, or indulge in decorative shapes that smell just as great. And if you feel like getting even more in touch with nature, visit the goats in the adjacent barn to see where the soap’s main compound really comes from.
