Just three weeks after CoverGirl named James Charles their first-ever male beauty ambassador, the brand announced that Muslim beauty blogger Nura Afia would also be repping the company.

“At CoverGirl, we’ve always stood for inclusive beauty that supports any and all types — from skin types to lash types,” says the brand in an Instagram post featuring Afia, as well as Katy Perry, Sofia Vergara, James Charles and other spokespeople. “Representing all types of beauty, our #SoLashy fam (and their lashes) have come together to stand for#LashEquality.” 

Many of Afia’s fans took to Twitter to express their admiration and support. 

The beauty brand continues to strive towards inclusivity in their ad campaigns, representing everyone who loves and uses their products. Bravo CoverGirl!
