L’Oréal Paris Debuts at Paris Fashion Week
L'Oréal Paris shut down the Champs-Élyséés and turned it into its first ever fashion and beauty catwalk.
L’Oréal Paris shut down the French capital and we are shooketh. The French beauty brand collaborated with 19 different fashion designers and renowned jeweller, Chopard, to present its first ever fashion and beauty catwalk show.
The runway show, accurately named Le Défilé, was an actual parade of A-list celebrities and models on the Champs-Élyséés in Paris, including Helen Mirren, Doutzen Kroes, Jane Fonda, and Cheryl Cole. Over 600 guests were in attendance and millions of fashion and beauty lovers tuned in via social media to see 60 beautiful hair and makeup looks by a team of L’Oréal Paris beauty experts including celebrity makeup artist, Val Garland and hair genius, Stéphane Lancien.
The best part of this unprecedented event was the post-runway dessert designed especially for the public. Just outside of the Champs-Élyséés, the L’Oréal Paris beauty team held a Masterclass where Parisians could see several of the beauty looks recreated and access upcoming beauty trends.
