Weirdest thing that happened this year?

JD: Weirdest – I don’t wanna say weirdest, it was quite great, but I guess performing with Usher at the Fashion Rocks event in New York. I guess it is weird because he’s someone I’ve admired since I was younger, and then being on stage with someone like that was a bit of a weird but surreal, amazing moment.

First crush?

JD: Ohh, who was my first crush? I feel like it was probably Nick Carter… Maybe, yeah, probably. That’s a good one.

Place you made your last purchase?

JD: It was probably online, I think at Net-a-Porter.

Most beautiful woman in the world?

JD: My mum.

JD: My son.

JD: Confidence.

Best beauty advice you’ve been given or want to give?

JD: My number one is always taking your makeup off before going to bed. That’s like, number one.

Skincare secrets?

JD: I just recently went to Tokyo and fell in love with the way the Japanese take care of their skin. I love a brand they have, SK-II, which is amazing and they have these facial sheets which are amazing. I used one this morning because I was out last night. I put one on and I felt great and ready for the show.

Favourite season?

JD: Autumn.

Favourite holiday?

JD: Christmas.

Where would you live besides where you’re living now?

JD: Ooh, where would I live? Maybe LA? Or would I? All right, let’s just say LA.

Best present you’ve ever received?

JD: Um, best present, best present. I think when I was about like six years old, I got like this huge Barbie house, which was like amazing when I was little and I loved it.

Three words to describe yourself?

JD: Three words. Okay, I will say weird, stubborn and hmm… what’s another good one to describe me? Long. I’m just long and lanky.

Favourite movie?

JD: Toy Story.

Coolest thing in this room?

JD: All these chargers, because I was in need of one and then they gave me one and apparently it like works seven times faster than a normal charger and it lasts seven times longer or some craziness, so that’s pretty cool.

Favourite restaurant?

JD: Favourite restaurant… it’s in New York actually, Charlie Bird, it’s like really, really, really dope.

Favourite dessert?

JD: Oh I’m not a dessert person at all, I hate dessert but if I had to choose, I guess I’d just say a dessert wine? Or alcohol…

Do you have a favourite food?

JD: All curries. Love a curry.

JD: Running after my son.

Best gift you’ve ever received?

JD: Best gift I ever received… I’m gonna be really cheesy and say my son.

JD: I’m gonna say heels, because with a pair of heels, you can instantly bring an outfit togethe. 

What’s the best way to de-stress?

JD: Glass of wine and a bath and watching American Horror Story.
