International Women’s Day is this Friday (March 8) and Benefit Cosmetics is taking the opportunity to call out workplace injustices. For 24 hours, Benefit, whose workforce is over 90% female, will shut down all of 42 of its international websites, and in their place, provide resources for women to learn new skills and empower them to join the fight for equality.
They have also teamed up with Australian illustrator, Ailie Banks, a self described mental health advocate and feminist to create graphics that celebrate women and their resilience.
