Tatcha The Liquid Silk Canvas ($68) is a fluid version – suggested by celebrity makeup artist Daniel Martin – of the brand’s bestselling primer and contains three silk extracts to prep skin for, and shield it from, makeup.
Chanel Le Blanc Rosy Light Drops ($68) is a pearly-pink fluid that can be used on top of makeup or alone to create a delicate glow.
Estée Lauder Perfectionist Pro Rapid Brightening Treatment Ferment2 + Vitamin C ($148) contains two ferments to break up spots left by the sun or acne. The first, from molasses, which is patented and proprietary, targets the outer layer of skin, while the second, derived from yeast, focuses on the inner layer. With the addition of vitamin C, which helps block melanin production, the serum leaves skin brighter and more even.
Lano Face Base Vitamin E Day Cream ($32) is an uncomplicated moisturizer with a lush texture. At the heart of it is lanolin, known for being intensely hydrating. In a face cream, it provides a grip for any makeup applied afterwards.
With its creamy texture and thin brush tip for precise application, Gucci L’Obscur Mascara ($46) might just be the next makeup launch from the storied Italian brand to blow up like its lipsticks did.
Maison Margiela Replica Springtime in a Park ($159 for 100 mL) attempts to evoke the experience of walking through a park in Shanghai during its first seasonal bloom by using fruity notes of pear and blackcurrant blended with lily of the valley and damask rose.
