In Kanye West’s “No More Parties In L.A.,” he raps: “Hey baby you forgot your Ray Bans / And my sheets still orange from your spray tan.” While we can’t help him with the former, may we suggest the following to deal with the latter. (Here’s looking at you, Kim.)

“The key is to anticipate that you might perspire in bed, which is how sheets can end up with light stains,” explains Alyson Hogg, founder and CEO of Vita Liberata. “So what you might want do is wear a pair of loose pyjamas that will also protect you from touching your own skin and therefore colouring the palm of your hand or other areas! Of course, the other thing you can do is plan to get tanned first thing in the morning, let the tan develop throughout the day and then shower before you go to bed.”

Alternatively, opt for a tinted moisturizer, like Benefit Cosmetics’ Hoola Zero Tanlines Allover Body Bronzer ($39) for a temporary glow that will wash off at the end of the day (so there’s nothing to sweat off during the night) or Vita Liberata Ten Minute Tan ($49), which allows you to shower 10-minutes after application.

And to deal with Yeezy’s already orange sheets? “It’s a very manageable situation!” says Hogg (at least if Kim happened to use Vita Liberata). “Just pop your sheets in the washing machine and the bronzers will wash right out!”
