I spotted
homegrown model Grace Mahary backstage at JW Anderson, as she was about to get her makeup done (the show’s beauty look: "modern peasant"). Ever the lovely Canadian, Grace let me throw a few questions at her as the makeup artist delicately daubed highlighter across her cheekbones and photographers snapped furiously.
Three words that describe your New York Fashion Week experience? "It was super positive. And fun! And busy."
Your fave show in New York? "It was super cool that I did Proenza. They’re such a trendy, cool line. Narciso was beautiful as well."
What are you most excited about for London Fashion Week? "It’s the funkiest one! Everyone seems very cool, very laidback too."
Your beauty secrets? "Humour. I always call my family back home for a good laugh."
