Beyoncé Just Released Her Exact Pre-Coachella Meal Plan
Few things made more waves on the internet this year than when Beyoncé dropped Homecoming on Netflix, a documentary detailing her journey to the Coachella stage, just eight months after giving birth to twins Sir and Rumi.
Now, Queen B has released another gift to her fans: the meal plan that got her back in shape for the historic performance. Together with Marcus Borges, an exercise physiologist and Beyoncé’s longtime trainer and friend, she’s made her diet plan available on the 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner, with special access for her fans.
In a new video, Beyoncé says that after giving birth, “I was a woman that felt like my body was not mine.” After giving birth via emergency C-section, she weighed 218 pounds. Less than 50 days away from the performance, she was at 175 pounds.
Inspired by the singer’s gruelling diet plan before Coachella (44 days of no meat, dairy, carbs, sugar or alcohol), the Meal Planner offers members access to tools and foods that empower health through proper plant-based nutrition.
