Former boxer Michael Olajide Jr., who works with Adriana Lima at his Aerospace High Performance Centre in NYC, ties them around clients’ ankles while they bob and weave. Even just jabbing will strengthen the lower back and shoulders and help posture, says Justin Gelband of modelFIT, also in NYC, whose clients include Irina Shayk and Miranda Kerr.
Olajide prefers the body-toning cardio of skipping to running; he says it’s easier on the joints and you’ll see results in a third of the time.
