Prep hair with TRESemmé 24 Hour Body Foaming Mousse ($6). Use a crimper on dry hair (to speed things up, you can rough dry hair) to clamp pieces along the hairline for a nanosecond. Pluck a few pieces out around the hairline — “it should look imperfect and fuzzy,” says Hong.
