The “N°5 Collection”, imagined by Patrice Leguéreau, Director of the CHANEL Jewellery Creation Studio, comes in 123 extraordinary pieces that pay homage to the five elements of the iconic N°5 perfume: the stopper, the bottle, the number, the flowers and the scent.

Throughout the collection, we see elements of the stopper— its emerald cut and its rectangular shape reminiscent of Place Vendôme. While it’s set with diamonds, onyx, pearls and even yellow sapphires, the octagon is found at the heart of this elegant design.

As for the iconic N°5, it is boldly placed off-centre on a choker in yellow gold and diamonds. It’s even bolder with the XL version, on the Eternal N°5 necklace, which turns into a choker and can also be worn as a brooch.

The centrepiece of this collection is the 55.55 necklace, which celebrates all the elements of the fragrance around an exceptional 55.55-carat custom-cut diamond. “This approach is unprecedented,” says Patrice Leguéreau in a press release. “We started with a rough diamond that we cut not to get the biggest stone possible, but to get a perfect octagonal diamond weighing 55.55 carats.”

N°5 COLLECTION EVENT IN PARIS

The N°5 Collection Event is currently being held at Place Vendôme in Paris. The exhibition features aisles of jewellery surrounded by chic (yet practical) flexible rods that look like petals, which are essential to the N°5  smell. The collection is surrounded by thousands of petals, like the flowers of a modern garden, slowly swaying as visitors pass by. In addition, the brilliance of the precious stones featured on each jewellery piece further pays homage to the elegance and magic that CHANEL N°5 holds.
