These easy-to-use bronzers will get you glowing.

"Finally, a naturally tanned look — from the runway to real life!" says Rick DiCecca, global makeup stylist for Estée Lauder. The secret? Smooth, well-hydrated skin. Start with a gentle face scrub, followed by moisturizer. Apply concealer where needed, then swirl bronzer on the cheekbones, temples, forehead, chin and the tip and bridge of the nose. If you use a cream or gel bronzer, apply it with a foundation brush while the skin is still damp with moisturizer; powder bronzer should be applied to dry skin with a fluffy powder brush. "Keep the look au naturel with shimmery tan shadow on the eyes, from lash line to crease," says DiCecca, "and finish with a sheer coppery gloss on the lips."

Pale fire
The secret to subtle glamour is on everyone’s lips!

"Pale lips are perfect for summer nights because they evoke an understated elegance," says Angie Semple, Christian Dior Canada’s education and artistry manager. To get the look, pat a lightweight concealer on hydrated lips to mattify them. Line and fill in the lips with a nude liner, then, using your finger, dab on matching lipstick. For the face, apply a sheer, matte foundation and use concealer where needed. Play up the eyes with a sweep of taupe shadow from lash line to crease and bone-coloured shadow from crease to browbone. "Black mascara is a must!" says Semple. To finish, give the cheekbones a pop of colour with peach blush.
