Late night? (We won’t judge.) Conventional makeup wisdom would suggest concealing dark circles with a concealer and/or highlighter duo, but may we offer this inventive solution plucked from the runways of
London Fashion Week: an exaggerated dot. At Mary Katrantzou, makeup artist Val Garland kept skin clean and low-key, emphasizing the eye area with doll-like lashes and a rectangular dollop of eyeliner set with black eyeshadow. Well it won’t necessarily
hide dark circles, it will do an effective job at drawing attention away from them. If this isn’t your thing, you can always try a string of Swarovski crystals
a la Rodarte. Of course, concealer works too.
