Also known as Hatecopy (@Hatecopy), Maria is an artist living in Toronto who emigrated from Pakistan to Canada with her family when she was nine years old. Raised as a first-generation Canadian in a traditional South Asian home where a job in the arts was typically looked down upon, she fought to pursue the arts anyway and started her Instagram account Hatecopy in February 2015.
Sexual assault activist, Feminist and founder of Blo Dry Bar, Devon has successfully expanded her business to more than 70 locations across North America. As a victim of two sexual assault incidents, she is devoted to helping women overcome their assault trauma and has launched an online community called Babe Rally where women can open up about their personal experiences and together, change the narrative.
