From its outward Liberty's of London appearance, Mills might not seem like the fashion mecca a young woman is seeking, but don't be fooled by the British outer skin! The MacLellan family, who have owned Mills forever, have spent a lot of time catering to the needs of the landed class here. But in the past 20 years, they've introduced a hipper main floor section replete with separates and suits. Upstairs you're likely to find tons of dresses flown in from New York -- so you can hit the summer cocktail circuit in style. Don't forget the extensive lower floor shops -- they've got a fantastic offering of Chanel, Estee Lauder, and other fine makeup.
