Body Blitz
Canada's first urban water spa for women -- Body Blitz -- opened in November 2005, offering therapy pools to detox and relax the body. Float in warm sea salt water, slide into a hot green tea pool and finish with a cold dip in the dunking pool. Prices start from $35 for the waters, to under $200 for an hour-and-a-half scrub, massage and pool therapy.
Not only does Body Blitz offer treatments unique to Canada (based on Asian Bathhouse principals), they will also hold 30% of all appointments each day for same-day bookings for women who are too busy to predict free time in advance, giving women the chance to call on a Friday morning and be in a
treatment room that afternoon.
