“Eccentricity is living outside the norm and pushing what is expected. It’s all about owning your crazy and letting everybody know it.”
 
What is the most treasured piece in your closet?
“My black Burberry eyelet tote.”
 
This shoot was wild to say the least. Was embodying this character a stretch for you? “I’m never one to be a wallflower so I felt right at home.”
 
Did your time on set influence your personal style or prompt you to try new things? “Working on this shoot definitely opened me up to the idea of experimenting with a whole new world of colour, pattern, mixing and matching.”

What was your favourite look from the shoot? “On set, I wore a beautiful red and cream brocade dress. The Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland instantly came to mind as soon as I put it on.”
 
How would you describe your go-to fashion uniform? “Androgynous. Minimal. Loose silhouettes. Unusual textures. Black on black on black.”
 
What is the best style advice you’ve ever been given?
“Always build your wardrobe around quality staples.”

Your most memorable fashion faux pas? “Wearing all black in 28-plus degree weather.”
 
Are there any trends you’ve tried to embody, but simply couldn’t make work? “You couldn’t get me into a peplum top if you tried.”
 
What has been your most adventurous outfit to date? “I live in crop tops day and night.”
 
Do you have dual style personalities when dressing for day vs. a night out on the town? “I like to transition from day to night with ease. Throwing on a sexy heel and a daring purse after work changes everything.”

What is one trend you wish you could try? “The naked dress.”
 
With your exposure to the industry as a model, do you find yourself growing more or less adventurous in style? “I tend to stick with what works for me and my body type. I also keep my casting and everyday life clothes interchangeable. I do try the odd trend but on the whole I like to keep things simple.”
 
Can an eccentric look ever be too much? How can you tell if it’s gone too far?
“Never. An eccentric look is all about being creative and fun. Confidence is key though. It should never look or feel forced.”
 
Best place in your city for fab fashion finds? “VSP Consignment in Toronto.”
