What’s your favourite piece?
These vintage pants I bought for three dollars at Value Village.

What shows are you seeing today?
I came to see Klaxon Howl and Label. They’re close friends of mine so I’m here to support them.

What spring 2012 trend are you looking forward to wearing?
I would say high-waisted trouser shorts.

What do you love about Toronto Fashion Week?
It seems very accessible for the regular folk like myself who are not really into the whole fashion scene, which is really nice. And I like that they allow students to participate. It feels very homey.

What’s your favourite piece?
This vintage Roots jacket.

What shows are you seeing today?
Melissa Nepton was actually the first show I’ve seen this week. I’ve been stuck in the showroom all week.

What spring 2012 trend are you looking forward to wearing?
I’m not super trendy but I think a continuation of the soft, romantic colours. That’s always a good go-to and you don’t regret it later.

What do you love about Toronto Fashion Week?
I just love that everyone comes out and supports and that it’s getting bigger. I love that the brands are widening and to see the growth.

What’s your favourite piece?
I love my vintage trench coat that I got super cheap and I love this new little necklace that I got at the Bay. I think it might be the Expressions line.

What shows are you seeing today?
The Tosca Delfino swimwear show and Amanda Lew Kee. I’m looking forward to the Jay Manuel show too. Our friend George Antonopoulos is going to be styling it and he’s fabulous.

What spring 2012 trend are you looking forward to wearing?
A lot of light fabrics. Light, flowy, minimal and a lot of accessories.

What do you love about Toronto Fashion Week?
I love the sense of community. It brings everyone together for one common interest under one roof. It’s wonderful.

My pants are really comfortable. They’re from my mom’s closet.

What shows are you seeing today?
I’ve seen everthing thus far today from Adrian Wu, Anu Raina, Micalla and Baby Steinberg.

What spring 2012 trend are you looking forward to wearing?
I just want brights. Lots of bright colours.

What do you love about Toronto Fashion Week?
I love how everybody’s really authentic. It’s a mix of high class and low class. It’s a mix of vintage and really expensive pieces. I think it’s really unique and people here are not afraid to take chances.

I love my H&M blazer. It was reasonably priced and everybody loves it.

What shows are you seeing today?
I just came from Micalla and I might be back from David Dixon later.

What spring 2012 trend are you looking forward to wearing?
I’m looking forward to a lot of maxis continued from last season. I’m a big fan of the maxi skirt especially with my height.

What do you love about Toronto Fashion Week?
I love the venue this year, it’s great. And I love seeing what Canada has to offer with fashion. You don’t see it enough except for around Toronto Fashion Week.
