Kate Moss joined her friend Nick Grimshaw’s Breakfast Show on Radio 1 yesterday morning to raise money for the British charity Comic Relief. The typically silent supermodel read an excerpt from S&M novel
50 Shades of Grey and, along with fellow British celebs Lenny Henry, Union J, Conor Maynard and Wretch 32, managed to raise over $30,000. Of breaking her silence, Moss said: "There’s a reason I don’t talk!" before cracking open E. L. James’s popular "mommy porn" novel. Moss has been heavily involved in Comic Relief’s work for years, and modeled the Stella McCartney-designed Red Nose Day T-shirts this year. Red Nose Day TV starts tonight at 7 p.m. on BBC One. Visit
