What's the best way to dress for a job interview in a creative environment?

According to Christian Bagnoud, director of marketing at H&M Canada, comfort and confidence go a long way when preparing for a job interview.
He divulged some of his secrets with me and here are some key things to consider when you book your next meet-and-greet.
"It is important to feel comfortable in your outfit, especially for an interview; however, it is also important to respect the dress code of the company where you’re applying. In this case, if you are interviewing for a creative position like modelling, you have a fair bit of freedom. Modelling is all about personality and charm, so choose clothes you feel confident in and colours that enhance your personality.
"I’d pick a clean, simple look rather than an over-the-top, extravagant appearance. A pair of well-cut jeans with a feminine top and a sharp tailored jacket with some discreet details would be perfectly fine. It is a great opportunity to mix tailoring with femininity.
"But don't forget, at the end of the day, it’s really more about the way you style and wear your clothes. If you feel good about what you’re wearing, you’ll also feel and act more confident. Good luck!"
