What is the best foundation to use for combination skin in the summer?

"On combination skin I really like the effect of a powder finsih foundation. Not only are they so easy to apply and sold in a compact perfect for mid-day touch-ups, they are especially designed to absorb oil and give coverage. I really like the CARGO Wet/Dry Foundation because it is a powder finish that can be applied dry for a sheer matte finish or damp for a little more coverage. It is perfect for combination skin."
