In my opinion, an OIL FREE OR LONG WEARING FOUNDATION is the best foundation to use if you have oily or acne prone skin. Here are a few steps to ensure it’s effectiveness: 1) Prepare the skin well before applying foundation – do this by using an effective hydrating product
2) Apply foundation with a clean foundation brush to ensure an even application and a professional finish.
3) MOST IMPORTANTLY: Be sure to remove your foundation properly by using a 2 step process: a) Use a cleansing lotion/milk to dissolve makeup & remove with a clean washcloth/facial sponge and clean water. b) Use a gentle foaming cleanser to remove residue and purify epidermis. NOW SKIN IS CLEAN AND READY FOR MOISTURIZER.
