I have a question about skinny jeans. Are they in? Or, are they out?

We turned to Susan Langdon from Toronto Fashion Incubator to help set the record straight on skinny jeans. Here's what she said:
"More importantly than knowing if skinny jeans are in or out, is knowing what looks best on your figure type. Whether you're short or tall, skinny jeans look best on women with small hips and very slender legs. But to answer your question, the latest jeans are high-waisted with wider legs that start flaring from the hips. Skinny jeans are still popular but look best when tucked into sexy knee-high boots."
