Lucky you, you have that almost magical eye colour that changes in hue depending on the colours you wear in you make-up and clothing. Because of this you actually have a lot of versatility with the eye shadows that you choose. And with fair skin and fair hair you also have many make-up choices. Here are some great ideas:
1) Enhance the blue in your eyes:
If you want to bring out the blue in your eyes there are two options. You can use contrasting colours from blue and opt for shades of brown, gold and copper. It will contrast against your eye colour and make them look more blue. Gold is my personal favorite on blue eyes! The other option is to use light or bright shades of blue eye shadow. This will actually reflect against your eyes (just like wearing a pretty blue shirt) and enhance the blue in your eyes.
2) Enhance the green in your eyes:
Play up the green in your eyes by using contrasting eye shadow shades in various hues of purple. This will really pull out the green flecks in your eyes. Using golden greens and emerald greens will also really pop your eyes and make them appear very green. Try CARGO's Egypt Eye Shadow Palette which has a selection of greens, blues and gold's.
