What is the right way to apply concealer to make your eyes look more awake?

I asked my friend Bobbi Brown for her advice on how to make your eyes pop by using concealer. Here are her tips!

Use a small-headed brush with firm bristles to apply a generous amount of concealer underneath the eye, along the lash line and innermost corner of the eye. Gently tap the concealer with the pad of your index finger to blend it in. Be gentle: You don’t want to end up rubbing concealer away. To set the concealer, dust on yellow-toned powder using a velour puff.
