Liam Gallagher has slammed Bob Dylan.
The Beady Eye singer doesn’t enjoy most of the music by the legendary musician – who turned 70 last month – branding him “miserable”.
He told The Times newspaper: “I know all about him and that, but he’s a bit of a miserable **** as far as I’m concerned.
“I like that tune he did, ‘Lay Lady Lay’. People go nuts for him, but he doesn’t really do it for me. All those f***ers playing their greatest hits are s***bags.”
Bob isn’t the first celebrity to be the subject of one of Liam’s rants – the foul-mouthed singer is estranged from his brother Noel after a series of arguments which caused the break-up of their band Oasis in 2009.
Earlier this year, Liam voiced his dislike of The Strokes frontman Julian Casablancas, dismissed Radiohead as “f***ing w***ers”, and slated US rapper Jay-Z’s new clothing line after launching his own fashion label, ‘Pretty Green’.
He said: “You’re going to get arrested wearing his gear and you’re going to get with a really nice-looking girl wearing mine.”
While Liam doesn’t like listening to Bob Dylan, he also doesn’t care much for up and coming bands either.
He added to NME magazine: “There’s nothing new I want to listen to. I’m living in the moment. It’s like, that was a great f***ing moment. Now get over it – there’ll be another one tomorrow.”
