Bob Dylan, Suede and Peter Gabriel will headline this year’s Hop Farm festival.
‘Blowin’ in the Wind’ folk legend Bob will be making his only UK appearance of the year at the event, while Suede and Peter Gabriel will make their only UK festival appearances of the summer.
Other acts added to the bill – which runs over four stages from June 29 to July 1 in Paddock Wood, Kent – include Damien Rice, Primal Scream, My Morning Jacket, Maximo Park, Patti Smith And Her Band, The Stranglers, Billy Ocean and The Psychedelic Furs.
Festival organiser, Vince Power, said: ”I am really happy to announce the line-up for Hop Farm 2012. After last years success it’s my opinion that Hop Farm is now well and truly on the UK festival map. Furthermore we have tried to make it the best value festival ticket by having no hidden charges or added extras.”
Last year’s event saw Prince, Morrissey and The Eagles take to the stage.
Tickets are released tomorrow (28.03.12) at 9am, and the first 10,000 will cost just £150 with children under 12 get into the festival for free. For more information visit www.hopfarmfestival.com
