Adele just  wrapped up her 15 month long world tour, and if we’re to believe what she told that last night crowd…that might be it from her. FOREVER.

“I don’t know if I will ever tour again,” she reportedly told the audience in Auckland, New Zealand. “Applause makes me feel a bit vulnerable. The only reason I’ve toured is you. I’m not sure touring is my bag.”

Adele has been open about her extreme stage fright in the past (and it was on display at this year’s Grammy’s, where she restarted her George Michael tribute after the nerves got her off to a bad start on the first attempt), but having seen her in concert when she came through Toronto in late 2016, it feels so hard to believe: The Adele who bantered, joked and belted in the Air Canada Centre seemed the epitome of a relaxed pro lapping up the attention of an adoring crowd.

That said: You do what’s best for you Adele. And if you don’t tour again until your album 45, 67 or 104, we’re okay with that.
