Love isn't dead...we hope. But it can be hard to stay optimistic about our own romantic forecasts after learning that some of our fave celeb couples have called it quits in 2018.

Your fave couple of the mid-aughts is no more: Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum, who famously met on the set of 2006's Step Up, have called it quits. The pair were married in 2009, and have a four-year-old daughter together. The couple announced their split with a joint statement on social media, saying: "Absolutely nothing has about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure taking us on different paths for now."

This Is Us star Chrissy Metz met her now-ex BF, Josh Stancil, on the set of her hit drama, where he worked as a cameraman. The actress revealed the split on Wendy Williams' talkshow at the end of March, saying: "I'm dating myself currently."

We're still not over this stylish It couple's breakup. The model and former One Direction member announced their breakup on social media (we're sensing a theme) in mid-March after more than two years together. Gigi addressed the breakup saying, "I'm forever grateful for the love, time, and life lessons that Z and I shared. I want nothing but the best for him and will continue to support him as a friend that I have immense respect and love for."
