Stars, they’re just like us—they too will wake up early to watch a royal wedding.

Appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Ocean’s 8 star Mindy Kaling revealed that she was among the millions who obsessed over Meghan and Harry’s wedding day. But the actress spilled that—again, just like us—she was mad she didn’t score an invite. “I felt like maybe because I’m an actress who lives in L.A., I should’ve been invited to it,” Kaling quipped. 

“Actually, Jimmy, I felt like you should’ve been invited,” she told Fallon. “Because I saw, like, Priyanka Chopra and James Corden, and I felt like we’re synonyms for them.” 

But the late night host did point out that they both got to attend the Met Ball, to which Kaling wore a very luxe crown. Not a bad consolation prize.
