Kate Middleton hopped across the channel for a solo trip to Luxembourg today; wore a powder blue coat of dreams.
The Duchess of Cambridge made her second public appearance sans William, arriving in the tiny European country via private jet. Technically she's there to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Treaty of London (quick history lesson: it basically established the land-locked country's independence) but most people are interpreting it as unofficial "Brexit ambassador" jaunt, aka the royals doing their bit to smooth the UK's exit from the EU.
