Meghan Markle is no stranger to speaking out about women’s issues, so it makes perfect sense that she and fiancé Prince Harry marked International Women’s Day by visiting a group of aspiring young female scientists.

The couple travelled to Birmingham today to speak with young women who have an interest in the STEM fields. Their goal was to encourage the students to break through gender stereotypes and pursue careers in science, math and engineering.

Meghan donned a navy blue J Crew coat, Alexander Wang pants and an All Saints sweater for the outing.

The royal couple also made one little girl’s day. When a 10-year-old Harry was speaking to told him she wanted to be an actress, he made sure to introduce her to Meghan. The former actress gave her a big hug and, according to People, told the girl—who’s named Sophia—that she could “achieve whatever I want to achieve.”
