Diane Keaton honouring Woody Allen during the Golden Globes.[/caption] File this under Monday morning snark. During the annual Cecil B. DeMille lifetime achievement portion of last night's  Golden Globes, Mia Farrow caused incredible stir on  her personal Twitter page. The Hollywood Foreign Press bestowed the honour to Farrow's ex, Woody Allen. Farrow, who dated filmmaker Woody Allen for over ten years (until she discovered he was um, uh, having a relationship with her adopted daughter Soon-Yi) served up a few passive aggressive digs toward her ex with the following slew of tweets as Diane Keaton presented the award onstage: "Time to grab some icecream & switch over to #GIRLS" followed by "Nite all" followed by a retweet of her son Ronan's tweet (Allen is his father)
@RonanFarrow  Missed the Woody Allen tribute - did they put the part where a woman publicly confirmed he molested her at age 7 before or after Annie Hall?
Twitter is such an excellent playground for celebrities without handlers steering them on leashes. But when it comes to sub-tweeting—that indirect way of hurling insults or making commentary on something you dislike—do you think it's an effective way of getting one's point across, or is it just a lazy way out of confrontation?
