Freezing pomegranate juice in decorative trays is an easy and inexpensive way to add drama to this otherwise ordinary cocktail. Heart-shaped ice cube trays are perfect if you can find them. If not, fill a regular ice tray half full and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until firm. The frozen juice will slowly melt in the drink, turning it a blushing shade of pink. 1/2 oz. Limoncella
1-2 pomegranate ice cubes
Shake vodka and Limoncella in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate ice cubes.

1 oz. white crème de cacao
3/4 oz. strawberry liqueur or syrup
Pour crème de cacao, strawberry liqueur and milk into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprinkling of cocoa and a fresh strawberry.
