If the second royal baby had arrived on time (you're FOUR days late, man), Prince Harry would have been present in the country for the birth of his second nephew/niece. But because Royal Baby Two is moving to a schedule all its own, the red-headed royal will probably be on the other side of the world when's he bumped down the line of succession.
Harry is currently serving Down Under with the Australian military, but conveniently timed a brief return to London this weekend to coincide with
Kate's due date
(either April 23 or 25, depending on your preferred source). The 30 year-old "doting uncle" hung out with George for most of the weekend, and delayed his flight until the last possible minute in case RB2 made an appearance. But alas he/she did not, so he/she won't get to meet his/her cool uncle until he's back in town mid-May.
