If the second royal baby had arrived on time (you’re FOUR days late, man), Prince Harry would have been present in the country for the birth of his second nephew/niece. But because Royal Baby Two is moving to a schedule all its own, the red-headed royal will probably be on the other side of the world when’s he bumped down the line of succession.
