Amy Schumer may be playing Barbie.
Life in plastic, it's fantastic!
Amy Schumer is said in talks with Sony to play a live-action version of everybody's favourite doll. The actress is also said to be co-writing the script with her sister, Kim Caramele.
The premise: "a doll living in 'Barbieland' is expelled for not being perfect enough and sets off on an adventure in the real world. A live-action feature film based on the popular line of Barbie toys," according to IMDB.
We'd watch Amy in pretty much everything, but the nostalgia factor has us even more hooked. One more reason to look forward to 2017 – and to pick up our Barbies from our parents' house.
The fashionable First Lady stunned in yet another glam gown.
The ever-stylish Michelle Obama wore a glamorous emerald and pink gown to the Kennedy Center Honors Reception at the White House last night, and we are obsessed. (The President looks pretty dapper too.)
The Gucci number looked perfect for the holiday party season, without being too literal (ahem, red velvet). Slay, Michelle.
It wasn't the first time the First Lady wore Gucci. FLOTUS also rocked a design by Alessandro Michele on the Ellen Degeneres show back in September.
She beat her younger sis Bella & BFF Kendall.
Gigi had an emotional night at Britain's Fashion Awards last night, after being awarded the title of International Model of the Year by one of her idols, Donatella Versace.
To be voted for this award by the @britishfashioncouncil, to stand in front of an audience full of my greatest inspirations, idols, and friends, and to be presented International Model of the Year by my angel @donatella_versace was one of the most humbling and emotional experiences of my life. To walk into that room and feel so at home is a great blessing and I have & will cherish every friend, memory, lesson and adventure this industry has given me, forever. I can't wait to continue to grow and create with all of you, and to see what the future holds !! Make a conscious effort every day to be someone people enjoy working with, and your possibilities will surprise you. ❤️
The award was presented by the British Fashion Council, the force behind London Fashion Week and a champion of British fashion. The council's annual awards ceremony celebrates the best of the best in global fashion.
Other recipients at the start-studded show were Gucci's Alessandro Michele, who won best International Ready-To-Wear Designer, and Jaden and Willow Smith, who received the New Fashion Icons award.
Demna Gvasalia also picked up International Ready-To-Wear Designer for his work at Balenciaga, and his label Vetements won best International Urban Luxury Brand.
