If I were feeling extra-tabloid minded today, I could read an awful lot into Kate Middleton’s choice of outfit this February 14th (shades of "Blue Valentine" anyone?). Instead, I’m saluting the D of C for stylishly non-conforming to the expectations of a crassly commercialised holiday (not a hint of pink, red or anything heart-shaped, thank goodness).
