London Fashion Week kicked off on Friday at the famed Somerset House. The first day showcased the city’s love of fashion with loads of colour, rocker chic and Britannia cool! Here are the hip-Brits that caught my eye.

THE GIRL: Stella Katterman is a student and fashion blogger at www.stellawardrobe.blogspot.com

SPOTTED: The show space at Somerset House.

HER STYLE:  Mod Annie Hall.

WHY WE LOVE IT!  Stella has perfectly blended bright pops of colour and sparkles with her Jonathan Saunders top and Topshop sequin skirt and shoes. Her colour-coordinated eye make-up brings a sweet whimsy to her look.

FASHION WEEK FAVORITE ADDRESSES: “Ohhh….I love eating out at Spuntino in Soho and Topshop is my go to shopping destination. They know me well there!”

SPOTTED: Foster Lane in London on her way to the House of Holland show.

HER STYLE: Boho biker chic.

WHY WE LOVE IT!  Olivia worked her look around this season’s Topshop pajama pants and Zara denim shirt. She added a rocker-chic Kurt Geiger leather jacket and Hogan boots. Her vintage glasses, which she found in New York, add a Buddy Holly twist.

FASHION WEEK FAVORITE ADDRESSES: “I love to dine at Nobu because that’s a place where you’ll find most of the stylistas during fashion week. I also recommend Bellissima in South Kensington for hair!”

THE GIRL: Henrietta Krug is a buyer at Urban Outfitters Europe.

SPOTTED: Goldsmiths’ Hall going to the House of Holland show

HER STYLE: Animal-print inspired grunge.

WHY WE LOVE IT! Henrietta mixed cool textures and animal prints with her Balenciaga coat, Isabel Marant necklace, Miu Miu shoes, Alexander McQueen leggings, Urban Outfitters sweatshirt and punk-style finger rings. The finishing touch? Her black and silver-flaked manicure.

FASHION WEEK FAVORITE ADDRESSES: “I would strongly recommend Urban Outfitters of course! On the weekend, I prefer to stay at home and order some great take out Chinese food.”
