New skin care line: Indeed Laboratories

The back story: If you haven’t already heard about the Toronto-based skincare line yet—cited by Victoria Beckham and Gwyneth Paltrow as their beauty bag musts— Indeed Laboratories launched products exclusively in Shoppers Drug Mart locations across Canada in late 2012 and earlier this year.

The buzz: The derm-tested range, from the skin-correcting Nanoblur to the lash treatment Peptalash, is free of parabens, colour and fragrance, and is safe to use on dudes.

The back story: POE (Purity of Elements), is a just-launched eight-piece natural skincare collection, created by mother-daughter founders Sheri Poe and Danielle Birrittella.

The buzz: Made up of two lines— Restorative and Preventative—POE’s skin-healing products are concocted with natural antioxidants like pomegranate and gingko biloba as well as copper, zinc, algae, and marine collagen to regenerate cells.
