"Do you believveeeeeee...."
Gwen Stefani presented Cher with the Icon Award at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards after the 71-year-old singer performed a dazzling retrospective of her top hits (somewhere Kim Kardashian was cheering). Makeup artist Gina Brookes was responsible for crafting Cher's beauty look, saying she was "Honoured to do [Cher's] makeup for the Billboard Icon Award, especially when she can do it herself!" Brookes broke down the exact products she used on her Instagram account. See them all below.

Prime skin with Marc Jacobs Beauty Under(cover) Perfecting Coconut Face Primer, "which brings the refreshing feel of coconut to your face while it perfects and creates long lasting makeup," says Brookes. Apply #InstaMarc Contouring Powder. "[It] contains micro-fine pigment technology and built-in skin conditioning agent," she says. Blend together the two hot pink hues in the Air Blush Soft Glow Lush & Libido palette and apply to the apples of the cheek.
"I really wanted to enhance Cher's eyes and sparkle each time the light reflected off her beautiful face," says Brookes. Using the Marc Jacobs Beauty Eye-Conic Eye Shadow Palettes (not launching until July), apply a light shadow over the base of the lids, then "enhance" the crease with a darker shade. "I applied the metallic shade to the base over the eyeshadow to catch the light," she added. Finish by applying mascara in Velvet Noir to top and bottom lashes.
