Spring fragrance: Paco Rabanne Olympéa

THE SCENT Paco Rabanne Olympéa Eau de Parfum Spray ($115), at fine department stores. THE MUSES The girl bosses of Greek mythology. The fragrance house even invented its own Beyoncé-esque demigoddess, Olympéa, who is fierce but feminine. THE ACCORDS Delightfully contradictory. The fresh oriental contains notes of ginger lily, green mandarin and jasmine layered with salty vanilla and sandalwood. WEAR THIS WHEN... You want to ask your boss for a raise and your power poses and bathroom pep talks just aren’t cutting it. READ MORE: Prada has six new fragrances

Spring fragrance: Lanvin Éclat de Fleurs

THE SCENT Lanvin Éclat de Fleurs Eau de Parfum Spray ($130) at lanvin.com. THE MUSES This floral is a sister fragrance to the brand’s beloved Éclat d’Arpege, which was inspired by the close relationship of designer Jeanne Lanvin and her daughter, Marguerite. (We’ll excuse you while you go call your mom.) THE ACCORDS Better than a floral shop. It opens with pear and a bouquet of freesia, rose and jasmine, followed by white musk. WEAR THIS WHEN...
