While rehearsals with models Liu Wen, Anais Pouliot, Catherine McNeil, Joan Smalls (doing salsa) and Karlie Kloss (vogueing to Jermaine Jackson) took place in the background, Palau admitted the look for Jean Paul Gaultier was a tough one to describe.
